ORGANIC vs CONVENTIONAL

In a perfect world we would eat only organically grown foods. The present day reality however is that in the majority of cases, organic foods are priced beyond the reach of most of us. Typically organic products cost 200 to 300% more than conventionally grown produce. There are some exceptions, such as our organic coconut flour, but they are the exceptions. 

This situation can be attributed to a variety of factors such as supply and demand, distance from producer countries, much higher labour costs and so on.

We are always on the lookout for more sources of affordable organic products. When we find them , you will see these products added to our range.

Until such time as organics rule the roost, where at all possible, we source our products from growers who farm responsibly. The ultimate test of our products is that we only offer you what we would personally be happy to eat.
